Any trip credit offered will normally be valid for 12 months from the original travel date, unless otherwise specified.

4. No-Show & Early Departure

  • No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows.
  • No refund is provided if a participant voluntarily leaves a trip after it has started.
  • Unused portions of a trip, including transport, accommodation, meals, activities, or other services, are generally non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, and adventure activities.

5. Pre-Trip Registration

Before participating in an adventure activity, guests may be required to complete a booking or participant information form containing:

  • Full name
  • Nationality
  • Passport or identification details
  • Emergency contact information
  • Travel insurance information
  • Relevant medical conditions or allergies
  • Height and weight where required for safety equipment

All information provided should be accurate and up to date.

6. Participant Responsibilities

For everyone's safety, every participant agrees to:

  • Follow the instructions of our guides and safety team.
  • Wear the provided personal flotation device (PFD/life jacket) and helmet whenever required.
  • Use appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity.
  • Inform our team in advance about any relevant medical condition, injury, allergy, medication, or physical limitation.
  • Participate only when physically and mentally capable of completing the activity safely.
  • Follow all river, camping, transport, and environmental safety instructions.
  • Remain sober and never participate under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
  • Take reasonable care of personal belongings and equipment.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

7. Swimming & Water Safety

Some river activities involve deep or moving water. Participants should be comfortable around water and disclose their swimming ability honestly.

Swimming ability may be recommended or required depending on the specific activity and river conditions. A participant's ability to swim does not eliminate the risks associated with whitewater and other adventure activities.

8. Adventure Risk Disclosure

Rafting, kayaking, canyoning, fishing expeditions, trekking, and other outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks.

Potential risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, and falls
  • Strong currents and changing water levels
  • Rocks and natural obstacles
  • Weather and environmental conditions
  • Hypothermia or heat-related illness
  • Injuries during transport or outdoor activities
  • Equipment-related incidents
  • Remote-location and emergency-access limitations
  • In rare circumstances, serious injury or death

We take reasonable precautions, use appropriate safety equipment, and rely on trained personnel and established safety procedures. However, natural environments are unpredictable, and not all risks can be completely eliminated.

9. River & Weather Conditions

River conditions can change rapidly due to rainfall, flooding, water levels, weather, landslides, or other natural events.

Our professional guides and operations team reserve the right to:

  • Change the itinerary;
  • Modify the rafting section;
  • Delay the departure;
  • Change the meeting or ending point;
  • Replace an activity with a safer alternative; or
  • Cancel the activity when conditions are considered unsafe.

These decisions are made with participant safety as the primary consideration.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. We recommend leaving valuable items, unnecessary electronics, jewelry, and large amounts of cash at your accommodation.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence.

11. Minors Under 18

Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Depending on the activity, river conditions, age, and safety requirements, we may require:

  • A completed parental/guardian consent form;
  • Appropriate supervision;
  • Suitable safety equipment; and
  • Additional safety requirements determined by our operations team.

Certain adventure activities may have minimum age requirements.

12. Participant Acknowledgment

By booking and participating in an adventure activity, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms and conditions.
  • You understand that adventure and water-based activities involve inherent risks.
  • You agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by our guides and safety team.
  • You have provided accurate information about your health and relevant circumstances.
  • You voluntarily choose to participate in the activity.
  • You understand that river and weather conditions may require changes to the planned itinerary.
